I am so excited to announce the upcoming schedule for our educational classes, Reboot Your Health: Medicine 3.0! This fall, we are expanding our offerings to two classes. The classes are on the first Tuesday of every month, beginning September 3rd. There will be one in the morning and one in the evening. The topics and material covered will be the same in both classes, so you can choose the one that fits your schedule best.

As some know, I have been teaching classes on and off since 2011. I love teaching; it is my passion! Our classes will cover a variety of health-related topics, so there will be something for everyone. Our first three classes this year will be all about the gut! The gut has gathered significant attention in the medical and research communities, as it may play a crucial role in controlling our weight. It also may have a huge impact on our mental health. We hope you’ll join us to learn more.

The cost of the classes for people who are not patients is $10 per class. You may call the clinic or go to our website to sign up. Please use our contact form. The clinic number is 256-524-3090. If you are a Wills Valley Family Medicine patient, please contact our office. You must RSVP to each class because I provide light refreshments and I need to have enough for everyone!

We record each class and will put them in our video library. This library is accessible to those who attend class. After the class, we will give you the link and password, so that you can rewatch the class at your leisure.
